• Content you exchange with Cleo and requests you ask the service to perform.
• Technical, security, device, log, and message-delivery metadata needed to operate and protect the service.

We use personal information to provide and improve the service, deliver messages you request, maintain security, prevent abuse, support users, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or bought. This excludes vendors that act solely on our behalf to deliver and support the messaging service; those vendors may use the information only to provide that service.

Message frequency varies based on your use of Cleo. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages, START to resume them, or HELP for help.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, legal, and operational needs. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. You may also withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP.
